IDENTIFICATION

Dr. Abdul- Fattah Khedr is a professor of criminal law as well as a supreme court lawyer. He is a member of the following organizations :

     Faculty of Law - Southern Eastern University (London)   
  Egyptian Bar Association.
  International Bar Association.
  Human Rights Institute.
  Egyptian Criminal Law Association.
  Egyptian Association of Political Economy and Legislation.  
  The Arab Union of International Arbitration.
  The Arab German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Berlin).
  Institute of International Affairs Board - Paris, London (Honorary Member)

Dr. Khedr spent about 15 years as a member of the legal staff in the Institute of Public Administration in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (a poineer in establishing law studies in S.A.). Dr.Khedr was teaching in the fields of : criminal law, legal methodology and legal drafting. Beside teaching, Dr.Khedr presented a lot of legal consultations for a large number of governmental departments in both Saudi Arabia and the Arab world (from 1972 till 1986).
 

Dr.Khedr  issued (33) publications (books, researches
and  essays), related to his cases and legal consultations.

After becoming a professor in 1986, he dedicated himself to practice as a senior lawyer in co-operation with the law firm of Salah Al-Hejailan (S.A),which was in association with Clifford Chance (U.K) and with Graham and James (USA).

Dr.Khedr handled several important cases and rendered many of legal conslutations to both national and international companies 

Currently, the Khedr law firm in Egypt is in co-operation with some important international law firms, such as: Youssef Al Gadaan law firm, Al fehaid Law Firm and The Saudi Office Lawyers and Legal Advisor-Al Suwailem (S.A.), Abdel Hamid Ahdab Law Firm (Beirut - Paris), Habib Al Mulla and co. (U.A.E.), Mr.wolf Schwippert Law Firm (Germany), And Dr.Rodney Daniel and Associates (Paris-London).
