    Consequently, we render these families, all kinds of legal and judicial services (oral - written) either in Egypt or abroad. Thus, they can guarantee safety in all aspects of their life.

FIRST: The Legal & Judicial Services Included  

  1. Supplying the participants with all kinds of legal advices
    (oral - written) including: reviewing and correcting contracts (buying/selling) before signing, powers of attorney and matrimonial cases ( marriage, divorce, alimony, nursing, will, inheritance, donation …etc).

  2. Representing our clients (participants) against others and negotiating on their behalf either in reconciliation trials or in conflicts settlement.

  3. Representing our clients in following up all their procedures before both official and private sectors, governmental departments, legal departments in different ministries, registry and companies.

  4. Representing our clients before police departments and public prosecution, if needed.

SECOND: The Participation Fees Don't

 Include The following:

  1. Representing our clients before courts regarding all kinds of cases, either for or against them (nationally & internationally).

  2. Preparing and drafting all kinds of contracts (in Arabic,  English & French).

  3. Establishing companies, the relevant consultations & studies, and companies liquidation.

  4. Legal translation from Arabic to other languages & vice versa.

  5. Governmental and judicial fees.

  6. The actual costs that the office might pay for achieving the requested consultation or legal service, such as : traveling, hotel accommodation, communications.. etc.

THIRD: Family Members Included 

  1. The participant

FORTH: Participation Fees

 Only the sum of 100 USD/ year, paid for our firm either cash, by cheque or by a bank transfer to our account No. : 45850/000/5030 - Barclays bank, 50 Abbas El Akkad st., Nasr City, Cairo - Egypt.
